At Radivelle, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition β€” unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal to request a return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a returnΒ shipping label and clear instructions.

Please note: Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, submit returns within 48 hoursΒ with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods, beauty products, or hazardous materials

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method withinΒ 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
