1. How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 11–16 business days. We process orders in 1–2 business days, and shipping takes 10–14 business days.

2. What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 6:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Orders received after 6:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

3. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders over $159.01 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $159 have a flat rate of $5.95.

4. Do you ship internationally? No, we currently ship only within the United States.

5. How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order is shipped.

6. What is your return window? You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items.

7. How do I start a return? Request a return to the Returns Portal with your order number and photos. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

8. What if my item arrives damaged? Please submit the return within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly.

9. How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

10. Are there any non-returnable items? Yes. Sale items, gift cards, personalized items, and some categories cannot be returned.
